My Opinion is the next :
-This one would fit the "Dead Island" title more than the final , just with a
little Zombie touches it would be perfect .

- On the other hand . If you replace (in the final artwork) the zombie in the
back with " Agent 47 " leaving the scene , it would be the best Hitman cover ... EVER .
